2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to use our services in their country of residence.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
4. Services
Auto-help provides AI trading, automated wallets, referral bonuses and other related services.
5. Risk Disclosure
Crypto investing is high risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
6. Fees
A 5% withdrawal fee applies; deposits are free. Any other fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
7. Deposits
We accept only USDT TRC20/BEP20. Deposits sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
8. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. 10% of the balance is automatically locked.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Use of the service for money laundering, fraud, hacking or any other unlawful activity is prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, software and all content are property of Auto-help.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Limitation of Liability
Auto-help is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
15. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
